Capital built for live events.

Financing for established promoters, venues, festivals, and producers, built around ticket sales and settlement.

Live events spend before they settle.

Nitecap is building a system designed to understand the operator's calendar, underwrite the business, and stay with each event through settlement.

Costs come before doors

Artist guarantees, production, marketing, staffing, and venue costs often come due before ticket proceeds fully settle.

Operator-first underwriting

Ticket sales, budgets, settlements, refunds, and chargebacks show how the operator performs across a full calendar.

Underwrite the calendar

A repeat calendar and operating history reveal more about the business than any single event can show on its own.

Stay through settlement

Nitecap is designed to follow ticket sales, refunds, chargebacks, and settlement so servicing reflects the real event cycle.

Keep your ticketing platform

Nitecap evaluates operating history regardless of which provider you use today. The model is designed to work across ticketing platforms.

Each event strengthens the next

In the intended model, each completed financing and settlement cycle could add verified performance and repayment history to inform the next decision.

The practical questions.

What is Nitecap building?

Specialized financing for established live-event businesses, from origination and underwriting through servicing and repayment. The product is not live yet.

Who is the initial product for?

Established promoters, venues, festivals, recurring event producers, and other in-person experience businesses. This audience description is not an eligibility decision.

Would an operator need to change ticketing platforms?

The model is intended to work across ticketing platforms, using provider mechanics where available or future SIC/Mesh rails. These integrations are not currently live.

Is financing available now?

No. Nitecap is not currently accepting applications, prequalifying businesses, or offering financing. A future application will be a separate process.

Does joining affect personal credit or create priority?

No. Joining does not authorize Nitecap to obtain a consumer credit report, will not affect your personal credit score, and does not reserve financing or establish application priority.
