Informational site only

The site describes a product under development. Nitecap is not currently accepting applications, prequalifying businesses, or offering financing. Nothing on this site is an offer, commitment, or solicitation to provide financing, and nothing on it is legal, financial, or investment advice.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist only signs you up for waitlist and product updates by email. It is not an application, prequalification, offer, reservation, or priority queue, and it does not reserve financing or establish application priority. If a program opens, applying will be a separate process under its own terms and disclosures. You agree to provide accurate information and to submit it only on behalf of a business you are authorized to represent.

Intellectual property

The site, including its text, design, and images, belongs to Scene Infrastructure Company. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scene Infrastructure Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
