Privacy notice
Nitecap is a brand of Scene Infrastructure Company. This notice describes how we handle the information you share when you join the Nitecap waitlist or contact us. The waitlist is a communications list only: we use your details to send waitlist and product updates, not to evaluate you for financing.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect only what the form asks for:
- business or organization name, organization type, and optional website;
- state/region and country;
- your name and work email;
- a record of your consent (the consent text version, when the form was shown, the page, and the email channel); and
- if you followed a tagged link, the campaign parameters in that link (UTM source, medium, campaign).
The form does not ask for—and we do not want—financing amounts, revenue, bank credentials, tax IDs, financial documents, or personal credit information. Joining the waitlist does not authorize Nitecap to obtain a consumer credit report and will not affect your personal credit score.
How we use it
We use your details to send Nitecap waitlist and product updates by email and to respond when you contact us. We do not use waitlist submissions to evaluate, score, rank, or qualify anyone for financing, and we do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
How it is processed and stored
Each submission is delivered as an email notification to our team inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. The website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process the data only to provide their services to us.
Retention and your choices
We keep waitlist details for as long as we send updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any update email or by writing to us, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing admin@sceneinfrastructure.com. We honor deletion requests unless we need a record to comply with law.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will post the new version here with a new version identifier and effective date.
